I am Attorney Richard A. Hutton. I have dedicated most of my legal career to representing accused individuals. As a Certified Criminal Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, I possess the expert knowledge to tackle even the most challenging kinds of cases. In fact, I have tried more than 500 jury trials!

My legal insight has allowed me to lecture at the U.S.C. Advanced Professionalism Program and bar association groups such as Orange County Trial Lawyers, Criminal Courts Bar Association, San Diego Trial Lawyers Association, and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. I served as past President for the Board of Governors of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ), the largest statewide organization of criminal lawyers in the country.
